About the service
Paint correction is one of the most technical services in detailing. It requires proper inspection, lighting, pads, compounds, and controlled machine work — not a random buffer and a prayer. We start by decontaminating the paint to remove embedded contaminants, old waxes, and road film. This gives us a clean surface to evaluate the true condition of the paint. Depending on your vehicle’s finish, we use a multi-stage correction process that can include compounding, polishing, and refining to safely level the surface. This removes swirls, shallow scratches, haze, oxidation, and water-spot etching. Every panel is corrected with attention to edges, contours, and sensitive areas to avoid burn-through or damage. Our process prioritizes safety and consistency. We protect trim, tape off delicate areas, control heat during machine work, and avoid aggressive shortcuts that leave holograms or long-term damage. The result is a cleaner, sharper, glossier finish that looks dramatically better in direct sun and in shade.
